Subject: Against problem with my phone
Dear Sir/Madam:
The reason why I am writing this e-mail is to complain about my cellphone fixing.
I sent my broken phone to the store for you to help me fixing it a week ago and the kind man who was working on there told me that it will be ready on 3 days. I went to pick up my cellphone this morning and when I arrived at home, I turned on my phone and I realized that my phone is still broken but now in another place of the screen. I don’t know what happened but I have already paid for the fixing. I would like to kindly ask for a repair again or a refound.
