Dear Telephone Service company
I am writing to complain about the problem I have had with my cell phone’s repair. The device was sent on May10th for the cracked scream. I received it back on May 25th, it was more than the company initially propose. Unfortunately, the issue has either not been solved additionally my phone does not turn on. Because these problems, I wish to return a new phone
