I am writing because I recently received my phone after sending it in for repair and noticed it was still damaged, and there's even another problem.
The initial problem was that the screen wouldn't unlock, so I sent the device back. Currently, the screen is still unresponsive, and now the battery is draining quickly. That's the second problem.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know how I can resolve this as soon as possible. Please provide me with the instructions I should follow.
