Subject: Problems with my cellphone.
Dear Sir/Madam:
I am writing you to address a situation that has been taking place with my cellphone ordered from your company. It started to present a malfunction with the screen, henceforth, it was sent back to the company to help me solving this misfortune. A few days later, when the cellphone was sent back to me, I realized that the problem not only remained but worsened. I was told that any issue that could have been occurring with the device will be fixed. Because of this, I am expecting to be provided with a solution. In case of it not being possible, I would like a refund for the maintenance charge.
