Subject: Problems with my phone
Dear Sir/Madam:
I write this e-mail to copmlain about the service that I have recieved. I had sent my phone to your company on March 12, becuase I fell dow in a pool and my phone did not turn on. I had already paid 60 dollars in advance. Althougt I recieved my phone on time. It was cracked and is not working yet. I would like a refund because of the money that I already paid.
