I am writting to complain about the problems i have had with my phone since i sent to repair my phone in your companny. First, i just gave my phone because the screen was broken and your employeess tell me that they just need one hour, but when i return to withdraw my phone had desappeared. Then, they contacted me one week later and told me that my phone would not turn on. Because of these problems, i would like a full refund to be able to repair the phone and also an extra payment for damaging my phone.
