I am sending this email to clarify some questions related to the recent repair of an iPhone 16 Pro Max. The device, owned by Verónica Romero, was sent for repair on Sunday, May 18th due to issues with Face ID.
Upon picking up the device yesterday, I noticed that the issue had not been resolved and that it had also begun displaying fingerprint recognition errors.
We kindly request a refund of the deposit, as the issue has not been resolved.
