I am writing this email to inform you of some problems I am having with the repair of my blue mobile, first the camera was repaired but it arrived later than agreed, I left the phone on January 18 and the delivery was agreed on January 20 but it arrived on May 20. Then the keypads on the phone do not work properly. It also has problems connecting to wifi. The main problem is that the battery on my phone does not last and drains right away. I would like to get this problem fixed and my money back.
