Subject: Phone problem

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing this mail to complain about a problem that I had with your company, I have had sent my phone to you to be fixed because the screen was cracked, I paid when I left the phone there but today I when there to have my phone back and it seems fine at first but button that turns the phone on is not working any more. I want that problem to be fixed as soon as possible and for free because that was not an issue before. I look forward to your reply.
