2. Finnish education is built on trust, professionalism, and a genuine sense of learning. If we in Ecuador were to adopt these values—especially by strengthening teachers and freeing ourselves from the pressure of standardized exams—we could move toward a more equitable, motivating, and effective system. This doesn't mean mechanically copying, but rather adapting these principles to the Ecuadorian context.
