I am writing to complain about an issue I had with the phone that was sent to you to be fixed. My phone was sent to you last monday to change the screen that was cracked and the ink was leaking through. When I received my phone I noticed that, although the screen was replaced, the ink is still leaking and it is very difficult to see. I also encountered another problem, the charger port was melted, it is impossible to insert the charger. Because of these problems, I would like a refund and also an extra payment for the damage caused to my phone. I look forward to hear from you soon.
