I am writing to complain about some inconvenience that has been happening since I sent you my phone to repair.
I sent my smartphone to you on March 26th to get a new screen, but it came back with new issues. The touchscreen doesn´t work properly; when I try to type something, it doesn’t move. I´m writing to you because I paid 350 dollars for the repair, but received nothing.
I wish to return the phone to repair it again, but because of the problem, I don’t want to be charged again, and if you don´t fix the issue again, I would like to get a refund.
