Dear Idifferents Company

I am writing to complain about the problems that I have with my cellphone, that I have already sent you to fix it. I went to your establishment last weekend because some people recommended your services for fixing the screen of my Iphone 12, now it is good but, the touch doesn’t work as well as it used to. Please, I request that my device be repaired and all damages be repaired with no additional cost.
