I am writing to complain. I have sent my phone to fix a broken screen and now. However, after receiving the phone back I noticed that the touch screen is not responding Also the original problem was not solved, and now there seems to be an additional issue. I would appreciate it if you could check the phone again and let me know what can be done to fix it properly.
