I hope you are well. I am writing about my phone that I sent for repair. It had a problem with the screen. I received the phone back, but now there is a new problem, the phone does not turn on. Also, the original problem with the screen was not fixed. Please let me know if I need to pay again, or if this is included in the first repair. Thank you for your help.
