Dear TechFix Center,

I hope you are well. I am writing to you because last week I sent my phone for repair to your center. The original problem was that the screen was not working properly.

Yesterday I got my phone back, but unfortunately it is still having problems. The screen is now working, but the sound is no longer working. I can't hear anything when I play music or make calls.

I am very disappointed because I was expecting the phone to be fixed. Can you tell me what happened and what should I do next? Do I have to send it back?
