Why is it important for university students to understand the connection between written and spoken information in academic environments?
It is outstanding to understand the connection between written and spoken information in academic environments because a test taker is in charge of comprehending whether the audio in context is supporting or rejecting the announcement or proposal. In this regard, a test taker is taking notes of both, the reading and the speaking sections that lead to the collection of useful information for afterwards usage.

One example is the usage of written and oral information notes extracted from both sections to identify a position against a lecturer speaking and his/her election from the theory. The previous happened seamlessly 100% of the times, and a a person with this skill would relate the presented theory with the lecturer criteria on the same topic. In the end, this skill is a blend of objective and subjective information that requires processing of the information to finally state a positioning.
