Ms.  Lorena Solís is a tenured professor of English as a Foreign Language at Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo.  She holds a  Higher Diploma in Applied Linguistics from Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo.  She holds a Master’s degree in the same area in the same university.    Proffesor Solís is the co-author of a book about Tales for children and some other papers about learning process.  As an active faculty member she has also designed a Project to enhance the quality of the teaching-learning process in the English as a Foreign Language area.  Her research interest is about vocabulary learning strategies.  She can be reached at lsolis@unach.edu.ec
