I found this a very interesting idea because this experiment spoke to how using sunlight in our daily lives can make a huge difference. I liked the idea of starting the day by opening the curtains and working near the windows; it makes you feel calmer. I didn't know natural light had so many health benefits, such as improving mood and concentration and I gree because it is such a simple habit that helps both our health and the planet. I think we waste so much electricity without noticing, so this project really made me reflect on that.
