I think education in Finland is one of the most successful in the world because it focuses on student well-being, equality, and personalized learning. In many Finnish schools, students are given more freedom to choose how and what they want to learn, which increases their motivation and responsibility.
If I could make one change in education in Ecuador based on what I learned from Finland, I would start by reducing the amount of standardized testing and focus more on developing critical thinking, creativity, and practical skills. I believe this would help students feel less pressure and enjoy learning more, while also preparing them better for real-life situations.
