Personally, I find Finnish education an admirable model for several key reasons. I'm particularly struck by how it focuses on student well-being rather than competition or standardized testing. This not only reduces stress but also promotes deeper learning.

If I could make just one change to education in Ecuador inspired by the Finnish model, I would start by reducing the academic load and increasing time for rest and play, especially in the early years of school.
