I worked with Nataly and we both found one similarity and quite few differences on our reports. First, We both drives cray when people talk so loud or rise their voice a lot and doesn´t realize that they are annoying other people. And some differences we had is that she gets annoyed when people show up to a meeting or to an event and doesn´t apologize about it and in the other hand, I get anooyed when people doesn't respect animals. Another difference is that Nataly can´t believe that anyone things that is ok when people throw out trash on the beach and in my case, I can´t believe anyone thinks it's ok when a child have to work instead of study.
