When I talked with Ninel, I pointed out that it really gets on my nerves when people talk over everyone on the bus. It usually happens with inconsiderate or self-centered people who don’t think about how their behavior affects others. Someone who is thoughtful and well-mannered would never carry on a loud conversation in a public space. It drives me crazy because it shows a lack of respect and comes off as rude.
