Mateo gets along best with his mom because they loved each other and always look out for one another. His mom is the only person who takes care of him when he gets home from school or at least his mom used to when he was younger. Also, he remembers that his family always uses up the leftovers for dinner. On the other hand, he has some terrible memories, like the time he had a finger operation, which made him scared of hospitals for a while. Finally, he also says that wedding was boring because he was just a child and didn´t have anyone to play with. When that happened, he couldn´t enjoy it much because he had to deal with a lot of homework and felt overwhelmed.
