When reading the pragraph for the first time, my answer was A because the paragraph mention that teachers don’t often have time to reflect, so I believed that the problem had to do with planning and managing the time essential for reflection. However, after re-read the paragraph I noticed that the right answer was C because the real problem is that teachers were not conscious about the causes of the events that occur in their class. In other words, they only look in a superficial way a phenomenon and made quick judgements, instead of thinking about what makes these things happen. Teachers most of the time make quick assumptions that stops their improvement.
I admit that I misunderstood a part of the text because of the presence of an explicit idea and also because I really apllied literally the "copy and paste" of the factual question. Nevertheless, I remebered that it is not correct to select the first answer that sounds good to you, so I could select the right one after analyzing what the question asks to me.
