At the first moment I chose the option D because when I read the question I understood that the main issue teachers faced was not setting clear goals when trying to reflect on their teaching. However, at the finish of the review I look my error and I change my original answer. My mistake was misinterpreting the focus of the paragraph. In my mind I assumed the difficulty was about planning, but the actual issue was a lack of deep, analytical thinking about classrooms experiences. I have to avoid the general ideas and don’t  assume the answer directly without evidence. So, in this case, the after analyze the text and the context the correct answer is the option C
