Quite honestly, the answer I chose was option C. Fortunately it turned out to be the correct answer and the reasoning I applied to solve that question was as follows: 

The paragraph mentions the sentence “Further information reveal the tendency of teachers to evaluate events rather than review the contributory factors in a considered manner...”. In this case, the word that helped me to arrive at the correct answer was EVALUATE events, which in my opinion, means the same as option C “examine thoughtfully the possible causes of events in their classrooms”. For this reason, I chose this answer as the right one. 

Finally, in terms of reflection I can argue that it helped me a lot to identify the type of question, since being a factual question, all I needed to do was a figurative “copy and paste” of the information provided in the paragraph.
