I agree with this comment: " My role is to enable the learners to learn for themselves, so I involve everyone and try not to control the learners and the activities too much."
Why?
Because I believe that learning is most effective when students take an active role in the process. By encouraging learners to explore, participate, and take responsability for their own learning, they become more engaged and motivated. My role as a teacher is to guide, support and create an envioronment where students feel safe.
