I’m hoping to get some advice from you. Recently, I had a big argument with my sister. What upset me the most was how quickly things got out of control. We were just talking, and suddenly, we were both yelling and saying things we didn't really mean. Moreover, what makes me feel even worse is that we used to be very close, and now there’s this heavy silence between us.
