1. Nod
People usually nod when they want to show they understand or agree with something. For example, in class, if the teacher is explaining an activity and asks, “Is that clear?”, a student might nod to say “yes” without speaking. It’s a simple way to say “I got it.” This action shows agreement or understanding.

2. Raise your voice to be heard
Sometimes we have to raise our voice when it’s too noisy around us. Like, if you’re at a party and you see a friend across the room, you might say their name a little louder so they can hear you. It’s not about being rude, it’s just to make sure they notice you. Raising your voice in this case doesn’t mean you’re angry, just that you want to be heard clearly.

3. Make eye contact
Making eye contact is really common when we want to show we’re paying attention. For example, during a conversation with a teacher or during a job interview, looking the other person in the eyes shows that you’re confident, respectful, and really listening.

4. Clench fists
People usually clench their fists when they’re feeling very angry, stressed, or even scared. Like, if someone just got bad news or lost an important game, they might close their hands tightly without thinking. It’s one of those signs that shows strong emotions.

5. Frown as you read
When I read something confusing or hard to understand, I often frown without noticing. It happens when I’m really trying to figure something out, like a difficult question on a test. That little wrinkle between the eyebrows basically says, “Wait… what does this mean?” This shows concentration or confusion.
