When a person avoids eye contact, it can mean they are shy, nervous or hiding something. When a teacher is explaining something and you look at their eyes, it shows you are interested and listening.
4. Clench fists
It can be a sign of anger, stress or frustration. It is a physical reaction that people usually can’t control when they feel very emotional.and it show that a person is trying to stay calm or control their feelings. For example, a person who is about to argue or fight can clench their fists as a reaction of anger or tension.
5. Shrug your shoulders
It is used when a person doesn’t know or has no answer. It is a quick and simple gesture that people use every day in informal situations. It can also mean that the person doesn’t care much about something. When a friend asks you why the teacher didn’t come and you don’t know, you shrug your shoulders like saying “I don’t know.”
